Payment
Products include VAT (24%). The ordered products are paid for in online banking and you have access to the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-bank and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj appears on your statement as the payee, which forwards your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
You can also pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard -credit cards.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Delivery
The products are delivered to Finland and EU. The subscriber must be 18 years old.
Shipping and delivery costs 7 €. If the product is in stock, the product will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If the product is not in stock, it will be shipped within about a week (this will be notified to the customer). Shipments are delivered by post as a letter or parcel post.
Shipments can also be picked up from Basement Boutique (Yliopistonkatu 28B, 40100 Jyväskylä). If you select "Pickup", please indicate the pickup time in the "More Information" section when ordering. Please note, that the Basement Boutique is open Mon-Fri from 10 am to 4 pm. This service is only available, when ordering from Finland.
Return
Unused product has a 14-day right of exchange and return. If you need to return the product, please contact us by email first to arrange a return. Please email us the order number, your name, your email adress and reason of return. The promotional products have no right of exchange or return.
